The dinner at Hearst Castle is the premier event of the week. Guests are conducted on a private tour of the caste and then gather around the Neptune pool for amuse bouche prepared by myself. The reception is followed by a sumptuous feast served on the north terrace overlooking the vast expanse of the ranch.
