Who doesn't like a nice sweet after a meal? Pastry chef Christine Dahl made these little gems for a local socialite. They are "personal" single serving cakes. Each is a perfect mini complete with a satin ribbon. The pearl dragees, fondant topping and passion fruit mousse made for a beautiful, delicious cake.
