Op Art Bar Mitzvah Cake
This cake looks like something out of a 60s NY Gallery show. I would expect Jane Fonda to show up in a mini skirt and boots. The lucite cubes have shredded cellophane and blinking lights. Fonsant was used to decorated the exterior. Created by Chef Christine Dahl.
