Seashell Wedding Cake
Chef Christine Dal, Christine Dahl Pastries, specializing in wedding cakes. This past weekend, she prepared a wedding cake with a seashell theme. The wedding was held at the Santa Barbara Zoo on a grassy knoll overlooking the Pacific ocean. Fresh flowers and natural seashells highlighted the simple presentation of a passion fruit, berry filled chiffon cake. The butter cream-glazed cake was veiled in a Swiss fondant with color coordinated ribbons. Gorgeous and delicious!
